通过控制碳锰当量及采用钢液完全脱氧和均匀化、控轧控冷工艺及按炉号管理等措施,保证了25MnSiⅢ级预应力钢筋的成份、组织和性能(a=410~460MPa, b= 610~670MPa),从而满足了制作预应力海底桩的需要。
The composition, organization and function ( = 410~460MPa, b =610~ 670MPa) of 25MnSi prestressed reinforcement needed by prestressed undersea stake have been gotten by controlling C-Mn equivalent, deoxidizing and equalizing molten steel, contrail rolling and contrail cooling, manage product according the heat number.
