The inter-language theory in Putonghua resulted from the application of the theory into Putonghua learning. The study of the inter-language theory in putonghua has vital significance to deepen the teaching and learning of Putonghua. This article uses inter-language theory to analyze the pronunciation characteristics of North Shaanxi Putonghua, the reason of formation and its research significance.
