从我国英语教育历史看西部大学英语教育的困境及对策

On the Predicaments and Strategies of College English Education in the West of China from the Perspective of the History of Our Country's English Teaching

清末以来的英语学科化教育方式已根植于我国国民教育体系之中,且日臻完善。西部大学英语教育应当秉承并全面实践这一教育方式。当下西部大学英语教育却遭遇到了举步维艰的困境。超越该困境应全面推进西部大学英语教育理念与区域内文化环境的和谐统一,强化大学英语教改与师资队伍建设的有机整合。

Since the late Qing Dynasty, the mode English as a course teaching in our country has been deeply rooted in the country＇s educational system, and has been improving day by day. College English teaching in the west should be in accordance with the educational mode and fully practice it, but it is faced with a predicament. Thus, to surmount the predicament, educational theory of college English teaching in the west and regional cultural circumstances should be in perfect harmony, and college English teaching reform and teachers＇ building up should also be strengthened.
