网络动员是以网络作为工具而进行的社会动员,是依靠网络、手机等现代科技手段,互相沟通、串联,在无组织、无领袖的状态下,集体开展的特定群体活动。网络动员是一把双刃剑,在某种程度上对高校的政治稳定造成一定的影响和冲击。为此,要加强研究,力争发挥这一新动员模式的优越性,增强民族凝聚力,增加大学生的爱国热情。
