摘要
传统中小企业曾经是西部地区经济发展的主导力量。当前,我国正处于经济转型期,新经济要求用信息社会新的思维方式来对待传统经济,传统产业不能再依靠传统方式来发展,而必须进行转型提升。在西部大开发进程中,用高新技术或先进适用技术改造、提升传统中小企业,是西部地区经济发展的重要任务。
Traditional medium and small - sized enterprises were once leading force of western economic development.During development of the West Regions,enhancing the enterprises by high-tech or advanced applicable technique innovation is a key issue. However, a great number of funds are needed for realizing the enterprises＇ updating and adjusting.
