传统划分动产与不动产的标准是财产的物理性能,这一标准无法回答财产为何要划分动产与不动产,因而其作为动产与不动产划分标准的合理性应该受到质疑。财产的社会重要性是对财产划分为动产与不动产标准的精确界定,登记作为社会重要财产的指称应是动产与不动产的划分标准。
