A Tentative Study on the Construction of Advanced College Culture

高校校园文化是社会文化的重要组成部分。在高校校园文化建设中贯注先进性要求,才能充分发挥其在育人过程中的示范、辐射和引领作用。针对高校校园文化建设现状进行分析,提出“象牙塔工程”的建设目标,并对如何加强高校校园文化先进性建设进行探索。

College culture is an important part of social cultures. To introduce the advanced dements in college culture can bring into full play its role of guiding and educating. This paper analyzes the current condition of college culture and makes a tentative study on three levels：proposing the ＂ivory tower＂ project; enhancing the principal part of college culture from four aspects：spirit culture, system culture, behavior culture and material culture; annealing college spirit and upgrading the competing power of college.
