火箭炮定向器电动操瞄性能检测系统研究

Test System of Rocket Artillery Directional Unit＇s Electrical Steering Characteristic

采用旋转编码器获得旋转角度信号，利用信号转接器提取电信号，并通过计算机进行处理，对火箭炮定向器的电动操瞄性能进行在线检测。研究表明，使用该检测系统既能离线检测以辅助安装电动操瞄系统，又能在线检测电动操瞄的各项性能指标，包括高低和方向各个限位点是否正确，各运动区域的速度是否正常。

This article shows how to do on -line test on rocket artillery directional unit＇s electrical steering characteristic by means of computer, using rotary encoder to obtain rotary angle signs and sign - commutator to get electrical signs. The result shows that using the test system can not only do off - line test to assist allocating electrical steering system, but also do on -line test to obtain several characteristis parameters, which include if the setting angle of angle retainer is right and if the velocity of every period is correct.
