In recent years, there has been great zest for the investment in colleges and universities across our country. The financing patterns in the construction of new campuses assume a diversified complexion, in which direct financing pattern has been widely applied in the construction of colleges and universities with quite a few successful cases. Theoretically analyzing the way of thinking in these cases, their features and the basis of success in financing is helpful for colleges and universities to innovate school-running system through utilizing social resources, and accordingly will improve the efficiency and quality of education.
