从人本管理到以人为本——试论科学发展观在管理科学上的理论创新

A Breakthrough from Man-based Management to Man-centered Scientific Development

现代西方的管理理论经历了“物本管理”、“人本管理”和“能本管理”的几个发展阶段,标志着管理科学领域的巨大进步。而决定社会经济发展方向的则是科学的发展观的建立。以人为本的科学发展观的提出,是我党对社会主义市场经济在体制上的理论创新和认识上的思想飞跃,对转变经济增长方式,构建和谐社会,实现安全发展、可持续发展有着重大指导意义。

The eontemporary management theory in the West has undergone several stages of development, namely ＂Productbased management＂, ＂man-based management＂ and ＂ability-based management＂. Obviously they marked the tremendous progress in the field of management, but what is more decisive to the direction of social and economic advancement is the establishment of the most recent theory, the man-centered scientific development. This view of man- centered development is, no doubt, a new theoritical breakthrough by the Chinese Communist Party in bettering our socialist market economy.
