Optimizing Social Psychological Environment and Building a Harmonious Society

建设社会主义和谐社会离不开和谐的人际关系,社会心理环境因素对人际关系的影响极其深远。环境因素包含社会舆论环境、校园环境、家庭环境和人际交往环境等。积极的社会心理环境有利于团结、进取的局面的形成,从而推动人际关系的和谐发展;而消极的社会心理氛围,妨碍人的积极性的发挥,甚至泯灭人的良知,使人道德沦丧。为此,必须从社会舆论环境、校园环境、家庭环境和人际交往环境等方面优化社会心理环境。

Harmonious interpersonal relations are indispensable for the building of a harmonious socialist society. But, a social psychological environment has a far- reaching influence on harmonious interpersonal relations. The positive environmental factors can promote the harmonious development of interpersonal relations, while the negative environmental factors will lead to people＇ s moral decay. Therefore, it is essential to optimize the environment for social psychology in terms of public opinion, the campus, families and interpersonal communication.
