旅游区的客观实体是一种人工生态系统,具有生态与经济的统一性、区域性和不可替代性、可控性和多变性等特点。开发和建设旅游区要分析研究开发和建设旅游区的现状、旅游区旅游环境的容量、旅游区产业结构等,并据此采取适当的对策。

The objective entity of the tourist area is an artifical ecological system. In accordance with its varied characteristics, in exploiting and building the tourist area we should make an analysis and a study of the current situation of its exploitation and building, the capacity of its tourist environment, and its industrial structure. On this basis, some corresponding measures need to be adopted.
