摘要
本文从宏观政策的不确定性以及高校内部存在的管理问题两方面,剖析产生筹资风险的基础性因素,进而提出强化政府责任、完善高校收费制度、推进银校合作、加强贷款资金管理、强化高校财务管理、拓展筹资渠道、提升高校核心竞争力等相应举措。
In respect of macro-policy uncertainty and management problems in colleges and universities, the paper discusses fundamental factors of fund-raising risks and furthermore, gives suggestions about strengthening governmental responsibility, making college charging system more perfect, promoting college-bank cooperation, improving the management of fund, etc.
