不剥糖衣测氯霉素片的含量

Determination of Chloramphenicol Tablets without Denuding the Sugarcoat

目的:研究糖衣对氯霉素片含量测定的影响。方法:采用紫外分光光度法。结果:糖衣溶液在250～300nm范围内无吸收,平均回收率为99.62%,RSD为0.88%(n=6)。P>0.05(n=4),差别无显著性意义。结论:糖衣对氯霉素片的含量测定无干扰,可不剥糖衣进行该片的含量测定。

Objective：To study the effect of sugarcoat on the determination of Chloramphenicol Tablets. Method：A UV spectrophotometer was used. Result：Sugarcoat solution had no absorbance over the range of 250 to 300nm. The average recovery was 99.62% ,and the RSD was 0. 88% （n=6）. There was no remarkable difference between the two methods （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion：The sugarcoat had no effect on the determination of Chloramphenicol Tablets.
