摘要
目的:改进盐酸左氧氟沙星的含量测定方法。方法:采用C18反相柱,手性流动相为0.1%硫酸铜-0.15%L-苯丙氨酸溶液-甲醇(80∶20),流速为1.0ml·min-1,检测波长为293nm,柱温40℃。结果:按左氧氟沙星、右氧氟沙星的顺序流出,其分离度大于1.5;左氧氟沙星在0.41~6.1μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率99.1%,RSD为0.09%(n=9)。结论:本法准确、可靠,适于左氧氟沙星的定性和定量。
Objective:To improve the determination of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride. Methods:Using C18 column,Chiral mobile phases consisted of the solution of 0. 1% CuSO4 & 0. 15% L-phe-methanol(80 : 20). The flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1 and UV detector at 293 nm. The temperature of column was 40℃. Results :Eluting at Levofloxacin and dextrofloxacin in turn,the resolution was larger than 1.5. There was a good linearity in the range of 0.41~6. 1μg of Levofloxacin(r= 0. 9999),and the mean recovery was 99. 1% with RSD 0.09% (n= 9). Conclusion:The method is accurate and suitable for the qualititive and quantitative analysis of Levofloxacin.
