比色法测定枸橼酸铁铵制剂中铁的含量 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立比色法测定枸橼酸铁铵制剂中铁的含量。方法::在酸性条件下,加热枸橼酸铁铵溶液使Fe3+游离,再用盐酸羟胺还原成Fe2+,与邻二氮菲形成红色络合物,用比色法测定含量。结果:铁浓度与吸收度线性关系良好,r=0.9999;三种制剂的平均回收率分别为100.1%,100.2%,100.4%,测得三种制剂共9批样品的含量结果满意。结论:本法简便,结果准确、可靠。 Objective:To establish the colorimetric method for the determination of Fe in Ammonium iron citrate preparations. Method:Under the acidic condition,Fe^3+ was first dissociated by heating the Ammonium iron citrate solution. Then deoxidized into Fe^2+ by hydroxylamine hydrochloride. Fe^2+ could combine with o-Phenanthroline into red complex and the colorimetric method was selected to determine the content. Results:The linearity of the concentration and absorption was fine (r = 0. 9999). The average recovery of three preparations was 100. 1% ,100. 1,100. 3%. The RSD were both between the range of 0. 21%~0. 24%. The analytical results of 9 batches of samplers of 3 preparations were found to be satisfied. Conclusion:This method was accurate,simple and reliable.
