HPLC法测定消癌平口服液中绿原酸的含量

Determination of Chlorogenic acid in Xiaoaiping Oral Solution by HPLC

目的:研究消癌平口服液中绿原酸的定量方法。方法::采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:DiamonsilC18(250×4.6mm5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(9∶91);检测波长:327nm。结果:绿原酸的线性范围为0.03985～0.797μg(r=1.0000,n=5),平均加样回收率为100.3%,RSD=1.23%。结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于消癌平口服液的质量控制。

Objective ：An assay method was developed for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Xiaoaiping Oral Solution by HPLC. Method：The analysis was performed on Diamonsil C18 （250 × 4. 6mm 5μm）column. Mobile phase： acetonitrile-0. 4% phosphoric acid （9 ： 91）;detector wavelength： 327nm. Results：The linear range is 0. 03985～ 0. 797μg; relevent coefficient r= 1. 0000 （n = 5） ; The average recovery is 100. 3 %, RSD = 1.23 %. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It is suitable for the quality control of Xiaoaiping Oral Salution.
