摘要
目的:考察中性氧化铝在中药定量分析中产生的影响。方法:采用HPLC法测定经中性氧化铝处理的样品。结果:未经中性氧化铝处理的样品及经不同生产厂家中性氧化铝处理的样品,测定结果差异明显。结论:中性氧化铝应用于定量分析前处理过程中应慎用。
Objective：To study the influence of neutral Aluminum Oxide in the determination of traditional Chinese medicine sample. Methods：HPLC method was used to determine the sample treated by neutral Aluminum Oxide. Result：Different result was given, when neutral Aluminum Oxide producted by different factory was used. Conclusion：Neutral Aluminum Oxide is not available in the determination of traditional Chinese medicine sample.
