Comparison of the Quality of Thyroid Tablets Produced by Different Manufacturers

目的:测定不同厂家甲状腺片中3’,3,5-三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)和四碘甲状腺原氨酸(T4)的含量,比较不同厂家甲状腺片的质量。方法:参照USP测定样品中T3、T4的含量。结果:S,J,Z,Y4厂各3批和G厂1批中T3的含量分别为10.56～11.76,9.94～10.84,9.31～10.08,8.42～9.90和11.60μg/片;T4的含量分别为41.96～46.25,34.96～38.74,34.64～41.10,30.10～33.56和34.64μg/片。结论:各厂生产的甲状腺片中T3和T4批间差异及T3厂间差异较小,而T4厂间有差异、且S厂T4含量略高于其它厂。

Objection：To determine the contents of triiodothyronine and thyroxine in Thyroid Tablets produced by differnet manufacturers and compare the quality of Thyroid Tablets. Methods：The contents of triiodothyronine and thyroxine in Thyroid Tablets determined according to USP ⅩⅩⅤⅡ. Results：In 3 batches of products manufactrued by S,J,Z and Y,the contents of triiodothyronine and thyroxine were 10. 56 ～ 11.76μg/tablet, 41.96～ 46. 25μg/tablet ; 9. 94 ～ 10. 84μg/tablet, 34.96～38. 74μg/tablet ; 9. 31 ～ 10. 08μg/tablet, 34.64 ～ 41.10μg/tablet ; 8.42 ～ 9. 90μg/tablet, 30. 10 ～ 33. 56μg/tablet respectively and in 1 batch of products manufactured by G ,the contents of triiodothyronine and thyroxine were 11.60μg/tablet, 34.64μg/ tablet. Conclusion：There were small differences in triiodothyronine and thyroxine contents among different batches of products from the same manufacturer. There were also small differences in triiodothyronine content among Thyroid Tablets by different manufacturers. But there were some differences existed in thyroxine content among Thyroid Tablets by different manufacturers. The contents of thyroxine in Thyroid Tablets manufactured by S were a little higher than the others.
