黄山野菊花中总黄酮含量的测定

Determination of flavones in Chrysanthemum Indicum L.Flower in Huangshan

采用分光光度法,以芦丁为标准品,对产于皖南黄山山脉的黄山野菊花中总黄酮含量进行了测定。黄山野菊花中总黄酮含量以芦丁计为6．29%,平均加样回收率为101．8%,RSD为0．28%。方法简便、快速、重现性好,可作为检测黄山野菊花中总黄酮含量的一种方法。

The concentration of flavones in Chrysanthemum Indicum L. Flower in Huangshan is determined by UV spectroscopy at the wave length of 510nm . Rutin is reference standard.The result was that the flavones content in samples was 6.29% calculated by Rutin, the recovery rate was 101.8% and the relative deviation was 0.28%. The method is suitable for simple, rapid and reproducible analysis of flavones in Chrysanthemum Indicum L. Flower in Huangshan.
