机械活化在制备尖晶石LiMn_2O_4中的应用

摘要 研究了尖晶石LiM n2O 4制备过程中机械活化法对前驱体的物相结构、形貌以及反应过程的影响。结果表明,经过活化处理,原料中的γ-M nO 2的点阵缺陷和晶格畸变增大了,LiO H也由晶态转变为无定形态,在活化过程当中已有一定程度的化学反应发生。介绍了合成尖晶石LiM n2O 4物相结构的分析结果,结果表明,机械活化的应用提高了前驱体的反应活性,大大降低了合成尖晶石LiM n2O 4的温度。 The effects of mechanical activation on the phase - structure, morphology and reaction process of precursor in the preparation of spinel LiMn2O4 was introduced in this paper. The results showed that, the lattice defects and distortion of activated γ- MnO2 were increased, LiOH was changed from crystalline to amorphous substance, and chemical reactions appeared during the process of activation. The phase- structure of synthesized spinel LiMn2O4 were studied. The results showed that the me- chanically activation improved the reaction activity of the precursor, and the temperature to synthesis spinel LiMn2O4 was greatly reduced.
