正极粉环重量的稳定性是影响碱性锌锰电池质量的重要因素之一。介绍了压力传感器在碱性锌锰电池制环机上的应用,在粉环成型机上利用压力传感器和压力转换控制器对粉环重量进行实时监控,实现自动报警功能,提高产品稳定性。
Stability of the weight of cathode ring is an important factor that affects the quality of alkaline Zn-MnO2 battery. Application of the pressure senor on the ring machine for alkaline Zn-MnO2 batteries was introduced. Pressure sensor and pressure switch controller can be used in tathode ring machine to check the pressure on real time and warn automatically. So the product stability was improved.
