VRLA电池的析气失水量与循环寿命

摘要 介绍了采用排气集气装置计量矿灯用4V-8A h阀控铅蓄电池因充电析气造成的电解液失水的方法,以及如何根据电解液失水量预测这类电池的循环寿命的公式。试验测试结果表明,该方法不但有效,而且简便易行,测试周期较短。 The method to calculate the quantity of water loss in electrolyte of the 4V- 8Ah VRLA battery used for mining lamps with gas- accumulated device was introduced in this paper. And the formulas based on the quantity of water loss in electrolyte to pre-estimate the cycle life of battery were described. The experimental results showed that the method was effective and simple, and the test time was short.
