摘要
目的对经临床确诊为慢性感染的女性下生殖道分泌液,进行厌氧菌分离、培养,并就其致病性进行研究。方法取20例经临床确诊为慢性宫颈炎、阴道炎、官腔感染、盆腔脓肿的病人阴道分泌物,经厌氧和有氧培养、分离,取对硝唑尼特高敏株进行鉴定,并接种于皮下注射环磷酰胺所致免疫力低下的小鼠阴道内。结果分离到兼性厌氧菌有10株,专性厌氧菌有4株;其中对硝唑尼特高敏1株.鉴定结果为E.coli大肠埃希氏菌;所有小鼠接种细菌后阴道分泌液明显增加,进行有氧和无氧培养有大量菌落形成,均为所接种的细菌;所有动物在接种细菌24~72h内,相继死亡;病理检查炎症表现明显。结论分离的兼性厌氧菌在免疫力低下的小鼠阴道内可造成感染。
Objective To investigate the separation,culture and pathogenicity of gyneclologlcal anaerobius from the secretion of vagina of the patients with gynecological infection. Methods The secreted materials were taken from vaginas of 20 patients with chronic cervicetis,vaginitis or pelvic abscess etc. The separation and culture were performed, which were then injected into the vaginas of the mice with low immunity caused by CTX. Results There were 10 samples of anaerobius and 4 non anaerobius which were separated, and 1 colony was found highly sensitive to NTZ; the mice vaginas secreted materials were all increased. Many CFUs were shaped trained by having oxygen or no oxygen. They were infected by bacteria. All animals were died in 24 - 72 hours after being infected with bacteria. The inflammation expressions were obviously by pathologic examination. Conclusion the separated anaerobius can cause infection on low immunity mice vagina.
