SPARC术式治疗女性压力性尿失禁(附10例报告)

SPARC Treatment of Female Urinary Stress Incontinence

目的评价SPARC术式治疗女性压力性尿失禁（stress urinary incontinence，SUI）。方法对10例女性压力性尿失禁患者进行SPARC术治疗．并对手术疗效进行随访。结果10例患者手术后尿失禁均得到控制.经随访2～12个月均未出现尿失禁复发。手术时间约45min．出血约20mL。结论SPARC术作为治疗女性压力性尿失禁安全有效的微创技术．具有创伤小，痛苦少．并发症轻微的优点，值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of SPARC technique in the treatment of female urinary stress incontinence. Methods Ten cases of FSUI were subjected to the SPARC Procedure. Results Followed up for 2-12 months,all the 10 patients achieved a disappear of the symptomes and no complication was observed. Mean operative time length was about 45 min and mean blood loss was about 20 mL. Conclusion SPARC technique seems to be a safe and effective method with minimal injury, little pain,and less complications.
