摘要 为了研究活性炭负载单质碘催化合成季戊四醇双缩酮催化活性,以季戊四醇和环己酮为原料,合成环己酮季戊四醇双缩酮.考察了影响反应的诸因素,得出反应的最佳条件——催化剂用量为0.7g(单质碘的负载量为w=30%),n(季戊四醇)∶n(环己酮)=2.2∶1(季戊四醇用量为2g),反应温度为110~112℃,反应时间为1.5h,甲苯做带水剂.实验表明,环己酮双缩季戊四醇的收率达95.2%,催化剂可回收使用. Condensation of cyclohexanone and pentaerythritol catalyzed by iodine supported on activated carbon was investigated. The influence factors of the reaction were examined. The optimum conditions for the reaction were as follows: the quantity of catalyst was 0. 7 g (quantity of the catalyst supported on activated carbon 30% ), molar ratio of cyclohexanone to pentaery-thritol was 2.2: 1, the reaction temperature was 110-112℃, the reaction time was 1.5h and toluene as the water-carrying agent. The yield was up to 95.2%. The catalyst can be recycled easily.
