摘要
高等教育的迅猛发展使许多高校依靠商业贷款进行扩建,这种建设贷款潜伏着很大的财务风险和政治风险。这种风险的成因可从态度、机制和技术三个层面上来分析。
The rapid development of higher education has made many universities and colleges expand their construction by means of commercial loan. However, such construction loan has potential financial and political risks. The reasons for the risks can be analyzed from the aspects of attitudes, system and technology.
