College graduates employment is becoming more and more important and challenging nowadays. As to individual graduates , obtaining employment is a necessity for their living; as to colleges, graduates employment involves their status and development; as far as the whole nation is concerned, college graduates employment is bearing on the maintenance of a stable society and the fulfillment of constructing a well - off society. This paper based on long- term investigation and abundant information, puts forward 16 proposals to improve college graduates employment.
