摘要
提出采用常压活化氨浸处理我国东川铜矿低品位难选氧化铜矿取代加压氨浸的新工艺。筛选出一种活化剂(ATB),构成NH3—ATB新氨浸体系、变加压浸出为常压浸出。系统地考察浸出过程诸因素对铜浸出的影响以及氨和ATB在工艺过程中的行为及损失情况;提出常压活化氨浸的原则工艺流程。
A new technology of atmospheric activating ammonia leaching for extracting copper from Dongchuan's copper oxide ores has been advanced instead of pressure ammonia leaching.An activator ATB has been selected for leaching.The effects of several factors on the copper leach are studied,and the losses of ammonia and ATB in the process are examined.A conceptual flowsheet of this technology is proposed.
