摘要 本文建立了粗锌真空蒸馏精炼炉内铅塔和镉塔由物料衡算方程、相平衡方程、组分摩尔分数加合方程和热量衡算方程所组成的粗锌真空精炼过程数学模型。并在精馏段和提馏段分别用精馏效率和扩散效率来表示体系接近平衡的程度。对数学模型进行求解即可预示其精炼效果。 The mathematical models for vacuum refining process of crude zinc were improved.They were consisted of mass balance equation(M),phase equilibrium equation(E),summary of mole fraction unity(S),and heat balances equation(H) for lead column and cadmium column.The rectification efficiency and diffusion efficiency were defined and used to represent the degree of equilibrium at reflux tray and boiler tray,respectively.After the mathematical models were solved,the results of vacuum refining could be predicted.
