摘要
在二段阳极熔盐电解的第一段研究的基础上,进一步研究了对含铅、银较少的中铋进行处理的第二段电解精炼的工艺条件,包括电流密度、电解质体系、电解温度、阳极铋的厚度等。适当控制这些条件可将中铋中少量铅和银有效地除去,在阳极获得符合国家一级铋要求的精铋,在阴极得到含有铋、铅、银的合金。
On the basis of study of the first stage,the second stage research of two stage anodic electrolytic refining of bismuth was conducted.Technical conditions including current density,salts.temperature.and time were optimized.By controlling these conditions contents of lead and silver in refined bismuth can be reduced to satisfy the china national standard GB 915-84 for the first class bismuth with very high recovery of metals.As the same time the alloy of bismuth and lead can be acquired on cathode.
