中国石油化工集团公司巴陵分公司尿素作业部15T/3T双梁桥式起重机在使用过程中,由于现场的油气过重,导致小车有容易脱轨的危险,给现场检修工作带来了影响,文章通过分析硅整流直流液压式制动器的弊端和现场的实际情况,阐述了双梁起重机的改造过程。

During the use of 15T/3T twin beam overhead bridge crane in urea operation department of Baling Branch Company in China Petrochemical Corporation, there is an underlying danger that the dolly could jump the rails easily because of oil-gas over scale, which therefore affects repair work of equipments on the spot. In this article, we analyzed the shortcoming of silicon rectifier direct-current liquid-pressure brake and locale actual situation, and further described the reconstruction of twin beam crane.
