保水剂在大豆上的应用效果 被引量:8

摘要 采用盆栽试验的方法,通过测定使用保水剂后大豆体内生理指标的变化,确定不同保水剂的保水效果。结果表明,改良型海礁王的效果最显著。施用保水剂后大豆体内过氧化氢酶活性、谷胱甘肽酶活性、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性及还原型谷胱甘肽含量明显高于对照,丙二醛含量和脯氨酸含量明显降低。 Experiments were conducted to study the effect of different super absorbent polymers on soybean. The results were obtained as follows: the most effective super absorbent polymers was improved Haijiaowang.After super absorbent polymers were applied, the activity of CAT, GR, ASA-POD and GSH were improved in soybean, while the content of MDA and Pro were reduced.
