摘要 文章在分子水平上介绍了苏云金杆菌作用机理及其在中肠作用靶标—中肠上皮细胞刷状缘膜(BB-MV)受体的研究进展;害虫产生抗性是由多个因素引起的,从受体和蛋白酶活性两个主要方面阐述了害虫对Bt产生抗性的机理;简要的介绍了害虫抗性治理的基本策略。 Mechanism of delta-endotoxin to pests and its receptor were introduced in this article. Its receptor is brush border membrane vesicles (BBMV). From the available information it seems that binding site modification is the most significant resistance mechanism, and then is proteinese's activity. The strategies of resistance management were discussed in the end.
