丹东生态经济建设的研究

A Study on Building Ecologic Economy in Dandong

根据丹东地区地理地貌条件,森林覆盖率高,物产丰富等特点,将丹东生态经济建设划分为东北部山区的森林生态经济及旅游观光区域、中部丘陵林果经济区域、西南部平原的粮鱼米果观赏树木及花卉区域、南部的沿海滩涂芦稻区域、沿江沿海的水产区域。在生态经济建设中要实施生态公益和天然林保护工程、绿色通道工程、森林景观工程、自然保护区工程和退耕还林工程,改革生态经济的经营体制,明确产权,长期稳定自留山和自主建设政策,加快生态经济的发展,加快社会主义新农村建设。

According to the natural conditions possessed by Dandong,such as intense coverage of forest and richness in natural products, this paper divides Dongdong into the following five zones in order to establish Dandong＇s ecologic economy： the zone of forest - based ecologic economy and sightseeing in the northeastern mountain area ; the zone of forestry and fruit farming in the hilly trees and flowers and plants faming middle part ; the zone of grain - production, fishery in the southwestern plains;the zone of reed and rice , fruit farming and ornamental farming in the southern coastal beaches; the zone of fishery along rivers and coasts. This paper holds the view that we should carry out the programs of ecologic public welfare forest and wildwood protection, green passage, forest scenery, natural preserve, return of the grain plots to forestry,rearrange the operating system for ecological economy, definite property right, long statlize the policies of private hills and autonomous construction, and accelerate the development of ecologic economy and the new socialistic countryside building.
