摘要
对影响钢筋电渣压力焊的焊接工艺性能及接头力学性能的主要因素──焊剂组份及熔渣高温物理性能进行了研究探讨,在此基础上研制了一种各项性能优良并可用于Ⅲ级钢筋焊接的中锰中硅型钢筋电渣压力焊配套专用熔炼焊剂,该产品已在建筑工程上大量推广应用。
The main factors which have influence on the welding performance and welded joint mechanical performance of steel bar electroslag pressure welding are the flux composition and high-temperature physics performance of the slag. A kind of fused flux has been developed based on the study of these factors.This flux is suitable to steel bar electroslag pressure welding for the class Ⅲ steel bar as the middle Mn and Si type fused flux,and has been extensively applied to building engineering.
