摘要
PineControl分散控制系统是目前DCS系统中最为开放的系统之一。文章介绍了厦门国能新阳热电厂的PineControl分散控制系统及其在循环流化床锅炉供热发电机组上的应用。该系统开放性强,配置灵活,可靠性高,便于调试和维护。该控制系统应用于循环流化床锅炉的热电厂,界面良好,运行稳定,无论是循环流行床锅炉还是带抽汽的汽轮机,都体现了其良好的控制性能。
The paper introduces PineControl decentralized control system and its application on circulating fluidizedbed boiler heat supply generating units. The system possesses strong open function, flexible configuration, high reliability, easy to debugging and maintenance, after applying in circulating fluidizedbed boiler heat power plant, it provides friendly interface, and stable operation, either circulating fiuidizedbed boiler or air exhaust hydraulic turbine, it always has a favorable control performance.
