摘要
针对油基泥浆钻井在套管和井壁所形成的泥饼与固井水泥浆之间的胶结质量不好的现象,本实验室研制出了高效润湿性调节剂-TSBN,调配出了能较好改变油、水两个界面间润湿性的高效清洗剂;并从改变油水界面润湿性能力、清洗液流变性、胶结面质量三个方面对清洗液的评价方法做了初步的探讨。并对室内调配出的四种清洗液配方进行了清洗效果评价。
To solve the bad bonding interface between well cementing and the filter cake of oil-based darilling fluild,Wetting-transition agent——TSBN and a washing fluid which can change the interface wettability were studied.An evaluation method was established from three parts as oil-water interface changing,washing fluid rheology and bonding quality.And the performance of four washing fluids was evaluated in this paper.
