电子商务组织形态有电子商务企业、企业电子商务和虚拟企业三种。在简单分析这三种电子商务组织形态的基础上,分别从产生时间和发展趋势两个角度论证了电子商务组织形态的演进过程。

There are three kinds of organization patterns of electronic commerce： electronic commerce enterprise, enterprise＇ dectronic commerce and virtual enterprise. This paper briefly introduced the three kinds of organization pattern in electronic commerce firstly, then analyzed and demonstrated the evolvement process of organization pattern in electronic commerce from the aspects of birthing time and development trend
