客户关系管理(CRM)是伴随着因特网和电子商务的大潮进入中国的。CRM自进入中国后就对企业经营管理理念产生了巨大的冲击,使中国企业逐步树立起与世界接轨的客户管理管理理念。论述了CRM在中国市场经历的萌芽、成长等发展阶段,并对今后中国CRM市场发展趋势做出了推断。
The CRM come to China market with the development of Intemet and E-commerce. CRM leads to' great impulsion to the management ideals and make the Chinese enterprise build the new Customer Relationship Management ideals. The article introduces the different seedtime of CRM in china. From this, we could draw a conclusion to the development of future CRM market.
