摘要
盐生隐杆于藻（Aphanothecehalophytica）的培养液经透析醇析得胞外粗多糖EPⅠ，藻细胞经热水抽提、醇析得胞内粗多糖IPⅠ。它们均含有17种微量元素。EPⅠ经脱蛋白，IPⅠ经脱蛋白脱色得半精品EPⅡ和IPⅡ。半精品分别经DE－52和DEAE－SephadexA－25柱层析纯化得精品EPⅢ和IPⅢ。它们经纸层析、琼脂糖电泳和DEAE－SephadexA－25柱层析证明为同一组份。红外光谱表明EPⅢ和IPⅢ为同一成份。
The crude extracellular and intracellular polysaccharides isolated from Aphanothece halophytica contain 17 kinds of microelements. They were further purified dy DE-52 and DEAE-Sephadex A-25 column to obtain fine polysaccharides EPⅢand IPⅢ. Their homogeneity was examined by paper chromatography, agarose e1etrophoresis and DEAE-Sephadex A-25 column chromatography. Infrared spectrometry proved that EPⅢ and IPⅢ were the same.
