摘要
从战略角度研究政府部门人力资源管理问题,是政府部门人力资源开发的必然要求。通过对政府部门战略性人力资源管理内涵和特征的分析,阐述了战略性人力资源管理在政府部门运用的难点,并提出了要从战略规划、管理制度和绩效评价方面实施战略性人力资源管理,更好地提高公共服务水平。
Researching the human resource management problem in government department from strategical degree is the necessary requirement of human resource development is government department. Thuough analyzing the connotation and character of strategical human resource management in government department, this paper expounded the difficulty of applying strategical human resource management in government department, provided actualizing strategical human resource management from the aspects of strategical planning, management system and performance assessment, in order tO improve the public service level much better.
