摘要
以不含R基因的马铃薯水平抗性材料LBr-12和感病品种费乌瑞它(Favorita)为材料,接种马铃薯晚疫病菌 (P.infestand后,对马铃薯叶片中苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性以及木质素含量变化进行了研究.结果表明,接种后LBr-12和Favorita的PAL、PPO、POD的酶活性都升高,其中抗性材料与感病品种相比,升高幅度大,持续时同长;同时抗病品种的木质素含量增幅也大于感病品种.
Horizontal resistance cuhivar LBr-12 without R gene and susceptile cuhivar Favorita of potato were taken as materials and inoculated against Phytophthora infestans. The dynamic changes of phenlalanine aminonia-lyase (PAL),polyphenol oxidese(PPO) and peroxidase (POD) activities and lignin content were studied. The results showed that,the activities of PAL,PPO and POD in both cultivars were increased,in cultivar LBr-12, the activities of three enzymes were higher than that in cultivar Favorita, and sustained longer time. The lignin content in the cuhivar LBr-12 increased much more than that in the cultivar Favorita.
