摘要
分别以砂浆抗压强度、粉煤灰单位强度因子为指标研究了砂浆体系中粉煤灰的最佳掺量范围。并结合实验探讨了充分水化条件下,水胶比、粉煤灰种类等因素对砂浆体系中粉煤灰最佳掺量的影响规律。结果表明:水胶比、粉煤灰种类对砂浆中粉煤灰的最佳掺量存在较大影响。在所调查的实验条件下,粉煤灰的最佳掺量范围为20%-30%(质量分数)。砂浆抗压强度最高值和粉煤灰单位强度因子最大值处分别所对应的粉煤灰最佳掺量并不相同。
The concept of fly ash-saturation was put forward based on the index of maximum compressive strength and optimal unit strength factor of fly ash in cementing materials, respectively. The effect of water to binder ratio (w/b) and fly ash type on fly ash-saturation was investigated under full hydration condition in mortar system. The results indicate that the value of fly ash-saturation in mortar is influenced by w/b ratio and type of fly ash. Fly ash-saturation in mortar ranges from 20% to 30% in mass of total binder. The optimal content of fly ash for optimum compressive strength of mortar differs from one based on optimal unit strength factor of fly ash.
