摘要
为了控制公路路基下沉,增加路基承载力,采用锚杆注浆加固方法,对已经出现裂隙及沉降现象的地段进行加固处理。以某高速公路路基维修工程为例,针对沉降引起的高速公路路面结构脱空、裂缝、等病害,选择双液高压注浆治理,并在具体施工中设计了一种新型的注浆封孔排气装置。通过加固处理后,路基承载力增加,运营状况良好,没有发现再次沉降和裂缝。详细介绍了注浆工艺、参数及施工中应注意的问题,为同类工程灾害的治理提供了经验。
In order to control submergence and strengthen bear the tolerance of the roadbed, some segments with cranny and sinking phenomena are reinforced by anchor and injection. In a freeway roadbed maintenance project, double-high turbine grouting maintenance technique is chosen and a new grouting seal-exhauster is designed for the hollow and crack of freeway surface structure in construction. The roadbed has high bear tolerance and good transportation capacity, no any subsidence and cracks are found. The paper discusses grouting method, parameters and some questions in construction, and offers experiences for similar civil engineering.
