摘要
为使带式输送机系统的动态分析过程更简洁、更实用,适合大众需要,本文采用离散体动力模型法建立带式输送机的动力学模型,并以此为基础,以VisualBasic和Matlab为工具,设计出了带式输送机动态分析系统。该系统可计算不工况下运行的带式输送机系统的动力学参数,并实现了动态参数的可视化。实验证明,该系统能较好地对带式输送机的纵向动特性进行仿真。
In order to make the process of dynamic analysis of belt conveyer system more succinct, practical, and suitable for the masses' needs, this paper attempts to set up the dynamics model of belt conveyer with numerical method, and then,based on this model, with Visual Basic and Matlab as tools, a system is designed to help to carry out the dynamic analysis of belt conveyer. This system can calculate the dynamics parameters of belt conveyer under different working conditions, and have realized the visualization of those parameters. It is proved that the system can simulate the longitudinal direction dynamic characteristic of belt conveyor preferably
