摘要
介绍了虚拟装配技术,在分析了虚拟装配技术基本思想后,提出在减速器设计中实施虚拟装配技术的方法和途径,规划了研究目标,并介绍了虚拟装配中的几个关键环节,验证了减速器虚拟装配及运动仿真、特性检验、干涉检验等。成功地实现了减速器在计算机虚拟环境中的产品开发设计过程,缩短了产品开发周期。指出虚拟装配技术得到越来越广泛的应用。
In this paper, the virtual assembly technology is introduced. After analyzing the basic concept of virtual assembly, the paths are proposed by implementing virtual assembly technology in reducer plan, and planning the research goals and introducing several key links in the virtual assembly, and virtual assembly and movement simulation, identity test, interference test are verified. Reducer virtual product development is successfully achieved, and the product development cycle is shorted. Finally, the paper indicates virtual assembly techniques are more widely applied.
