摘要
为了计算采煤机截齿的可靠性,对截齿进行了受力分析。将实际工况处理为随机变量,采用概率统计的方法确定采煤机截齿的工作应力及其材料强度。分析认为:采煤机截齿的工作应力服从伽马分布和材料强度均服从正态分布,根据应力-强度干涉理论建立求解截齿可靠度的数学模型。为采煤机截齿的故障诊断提出了理论依据。
In order to calculate reliability of shearer picks, dynamics of picks is analyzed. The actual situation is treated as random variables, work stress and material intensity of shearer is determined by statistical methods. Analyses show that: work stress is subject to Gamma distribution and material intensity is subject to normal distribution. According to stress-intensity intervention theory a mathematical model of shearer picks reliability is established. Mathematical model of shearer picks reliability provide the theory basis for diagnosing shearer failures.
