摘要 针对发展以煤代油技术中燃料制备存在的问题,运用水煤浆制备与燃烧理论,根据每个煤种特点分别进行了磨矿和制备精细水煤浆实验,通过分析所制得的各煤种水煤浆的流变性能,找出了影响煤浆表观粘度的因素,得出了煤质、添加剂、煤粉粒度是制备精细水煤浆过程中的关键因素。掌握了各煤种制备煤浆的规律,对发展以煤代油技术和缓解石油资源日益紧缺问题有重要意义。 According to the existing problems of fuel preparation in developing coal-replacing-oil technology and each coal property, physical alterations of each coal have been done by applying coal water slurry(CWS) preparation and combustion theory. Tests about the grinding and the CWS preparation have been done respectively, because of CWS of different coals needing various sizes. By analysing rheological properties of CWS of different coals, the factors of influencing the apparent viscosity have been found out. Coal property, additive, and granularity are the key elements. Grasping the rules of the CWS preparation is remarkably significant for coal replacing oil to release the problem of the increasing oil shortage.
