摘要 在羧甲基纤维素钠水溶性聚合物的参与下,难以看到在水泥浆中常常发生的吸附或搭接现象,此时出现一种可逆的絮凝作用.实验结果表明,少量的表面活性剂SN-2不但可以取代吸附在水泥粒子表面的水溶性聚合物,从而导致解絮,而且可同步地缩聚浆体中的可溶性聚合物.一种在水泥粒子和水溶性聚合物之间的交错镶嵌型机理显得非常适用于所实验的体系,并作了讨论. The frequent adsorptive or 'bridging' phenomenon in cement paste does not necessarily occur while a water-soluble polymer such as sodium carboxymethycellulese is added, whereas, a reversible flocculation appears. Critical experimental results showed that very low levels of surfactant not only displace adsorbed soluble polymer from the cement particle surface and result in deflocculation, but simultaneously aggregate the particles of soluble polymer in the paste. A mechanism where inlaid attractive forces between cement particles and soluble polymer are induced appears to be most applicable to the systems examined. This phenomenon is discussed in detail in this paper.
